Awards & Rights

DIE KLAPPE can be awarded in gold, silver and bronze in each category. The judging and awarding of the awards as well as the inclusion in the shortlist are based on the competition areas of the call for entries. With the submission, the submitter declares that he/she holds the rights to the submitted work.

The submitter transfers the necessary rights of use to the submitted work to Deutscher Marketing Verband (DMV) should they reach the shortlist, so that the DMV or its authorized representatives can use the submitted work for association events, publish it on the Internet and on the KLAPPE documentation and can sell for a nominal fee (incl. Internet, DVD, print productions).

The award is linked to inclusion in the documentary DIE KLAPPE. In addition, there is the right to carry the award winner seal and to use DIE KLAPPE in self-promotion. The awards will be handed over personally at the award ceremony if this is possible in the context of the pandemic.
