Christian Rätsch, CEO TEAMBBDO since April 2023, boasts a successful career with decades of marketing and agency experience under his belt. During his time as CEO at Saatchi & Saatchi (2013-2023), and Leo Burnett (2020-2023), the Publicis creative agencies won numerous awards, including "Agency of the Year." Previously, Rätsch was CMO at Deutsche Telekom (2009-2013). Now, uniting various agency brands under TEAMBBDO, including BBDO, Batten & Company, Interone and the Peter Schmidt Group, he believes deeply in the power of combined competencies as the key to unlocking success.

Christine Wolburg became the first woman in the history of Berliner Verkehrsbetriebe (BVG) to head the Sales and Marketing department on January 1, 2021. BVG is the largest German public transport company and employs over 15,000 people. The company is an industry leader in brand communication and has attracted national and international attention for its exceptionally creative campaigns. Christine Wolburg was born in Heidelberg, Germany, and holds a degree in business administration. From 2004 to 2020, she worked in various positions at Mercedes-Benz.
